3. Admission and Visa Decisions
- My SkyBridge does not guarantee:
- Admission to any university or institution.
- Scholarship awards or financial aid.
- Student visa approval.
- Visa/Immigration approval.
- Employment opportunities after graduation.
Admission, scholarship, visa, and immigration decisions are made solely by the relevant institutions and authorities.
4. Fees and Payments
Fees charged by My SkyBridge are payable according to the applicable service agreement.
- Students are responsible for:
- University application fees
- Tuition deposits
- Visa fees
- Language test fees
- Courier and document charges
- Any third-party expenses unless expressly stated otherwise
All fees paid must be made through approved payment methods.
5. Application Support Fee
Where applicable, students may be charged an Application Support Fee for admission consulting and application support services.
Any refund eligibility shall be governed by the signed Service Agreement and Refund Policy published by My SkyBridge.
6. Course Access and Usage
Students receiving access to online learning materials agree:
- Not to share login credentials.
- Not to distribute, reproduce, copy, record, or resell course content.
- Not to grant access to third parties.
My SkyBridge reserves the right to suspend access in cases of unauthorized use.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided by My SkyBridge, including:

- Videos
- Assessments
- Study guides
- Website content
- Branding and logos
remains the exclusive property of My SkyBridge and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
